Beginning in February MAI will launch a Leadership Development Institute concept of assisting hospitals change the culture of their hospitals to a more transparent, sustainable organization. MAI is pleased to announce the addition of Leigh Jones to its leadership staff. Ms. Jones brings over 20 years of experience in training, consulting, and quality management services to MAI. Prior to joining MAI, Ms. Jones was responsible for providing training, consulting services, and business development for a quality management, training and consulting company. She has participated as a quality process improvement expert responsible for the implementation and registration of quality management systems and process management training in over 200 organizations.

AQA International performed an audit of MAI’s quality management system on 6/28/07 and 6/29/07 and is pleased to announce the recommendation of MAI for registration. This represents a major step forward in MAI’s comittment to provide excellent service to its’ customers.
